Message from Our President

Since our founding, we have worked hard to receive orders, develop, and produce products with a keen enthusiasm to “continue to meet our customers’ needs. Customer requests change with the flowing time. Even if we develop a new technology in response to the requests we receive at that time, the technology that has already been realized becomes an existing technology as soon as it is born.

Needs give birth to technology, and from the accomplishment of that technology, new needs are born again. New things can only be created through this endless repetition. I am proud to say that the pursuit of this process of “continuously responding to customer needs” is our company’s strength.

The only thing I look for in my employees is an ambitious fulfilling with a curious saying, “There is nothing that I can’t do”. I have always told my employees that even if they cannot do something dexterously, they must always have a desire to move forward, even if it is in a foolish way, and that the most important thing is to work sincerely with a “positive” mindset, without fear of failure.

What supports our company today are our employees who have a strong sense of mission, who respond to and overcome my words, and who are determined to “become top-class engineers”. No one is a jack-of-all-trades, and it is the teamwork of our employees, who follow each other’s lead by further refining their respective areas of expertise, that turns the impossible into the possible.

The era in which plastic is conveniently disposed of is over. We see a future where plastics can solve social problems through new technological innovations. What will make it possible is the power of people. The “positive” thinking of each / every of our employees combines to create powerful “positive” energy, and as a pioneer of evolution, we will do our utmost to meet our customers’ needs.
